Das CHAI-Filmfestival und auch unsere langjährige Spielstätte, die Cinémathèque, befinden sich aktuell im Umbau – Veränderung liegt in der Luft! Deshalb weicht das Festival in diesem Jahr auf den Herbst aus - und findet vom 6.–8. November 2025 in der Cinémathèque Leipzig in der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 109 statt.
Es erwarten euch starke Lang- und Kurzfilme über Umbrüche – zwischen Stadt und Land, Generationen und Zeiten.
Wir freuen uns darauf, euch im November wiederzusehen.

CHAI Film Festival in transition – see you this fall!
Both the CHAI Film Festival and our long-time venue, the Cinémathèque, are currently undergoing renovations – change is in the air! That’s why this year’s edition is moving and will take place from November 6–8, 2025 at the Cinémathèque Leipzig, Karl-Liebknecht-Str. 109.
Get ready for powerful feature and short films exploring transitions – between city and countryside, generations, and eras.
We can’t wait to welcome you back in November.

CHAI电影节和我们的长期合作伙伴--莱比锡电影资料馆 Cinémathèque 在进行翻新工程。因此，今年的电影节将改在秋季举行，时间为 2025 年 11 月 6 日至 8 日，地点在莱比锡 Karl-Liebknecht 大街 109 号的莱比锡电影馆Cinémathèque。
