Das Festival 2025 mit euch

Vom 6.-8. November haben wir mit euch gemeinsam in sechs Lang -und drei Kurzfilmen Menschen begleitet, die mitten im Lebenswandel sind. Sie begegnen vielfältigen Herausforderungen und Wandlungen in der chinesischen Gesellschaft – auf dem Land wie in der Stadt, auf dem Arbeitsmarkt, bei der Partnersuche, auf dem Weg zur Selbstfindung, beim Träumen. So spiegelte das diesjährige Festival die Vielseitigkeit des Lebenswandels in China und in der chinesischen Diaspora wider – ganz im Zeichen des Mottos 蜕变: der Prozess des Sich-Entpuppens und der persönlichen Entfaltung.

Danke, dass ihr uns auch dieses Jahr in der neuen Spielstätte der Cinémathèque Leipzig in der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 109 besucht habt. Wir freuen uns schon sehr, euch im Mai 2026 wieder zu empfangen!

The 2025 Festival with you

From 6 to 8 November, we have watched six feature films and three short films together, about people who are in the midst of life changes. They face a variety of challenges and transformations in Chinese society – in rural areas and in cities, in the labour market, in their search for partners, on their path to self-discovery, and in their dreams. This year's festival reflected the diversity of life changes in China and in the Chinese diaspora – in keeping with the motto 蜕变: the process of emerging and personal development.

Thank you for visiting us again this year at the new Cinémathèque Leipzig venue at Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 109. We look forward to welcoming you back in May 2026!

2025电影节，与您同行

11月6日至8日，我们共同观赏了六部长片与三部短片，将走进一群正处在人生转折点的人们。这些影片如同一面多棱镜，折射出当代中国人与华人世界的多样人生与深刻转变。正如本届主题 “蜕变” 所寓意的那样：蜕去旧壳，迎来新生，变化中孕育无限可能。
